Non-Homestead On May 6, 2025, Caledonia Community Schools will ask voters to consider a Non-Homestead Operating Millage Renewal. This renewal applies to businesses, industrial properties, second homes, and rental properties. It does not impact taxes on primary residences or qualifying agricultural property. If approved, this renewal would allow the district to continue receiving essential funding without increasing taxes on homeowners. More...
